Jorge Pavão de Sousa has led ELEVEN’s Portugal operation since soon after the platform’s launch in 2018.

Jorge was previously Vodafone’s Head of TV, where he oversaw the development of the company’s UK TV strategy. Before that he led the TV product team at MEO.

Based between London and Portugal, Jorge has worked in the UK, Iberia and Brazil.
